In Phuket, Racha Yai and Racha Noi Islands are the only dive sites where Discover Scuba Diving is safely conducted. These sites offer calm waters, excellent visibility, and beginner-friendly conditions—perfect for your first underwater experience. You’ll travel from Chalong Pier by dive boat, with the journey taking around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the weather and sea conditions.

🕘 Daily Dive Schedule for Discover Scuba Diving in Phuket

  • Our Discover Scuba Diving day begins around 7:30 AM, when we pick you up directly from your hotel. After a short ride to Chalong Pier, you’ll meet your instructor, board the dive boat, and enjoy a light breakfast onboard while cruising to Racha Yai Island.

    By 10:30 AM, it’s time for your first dive in the crystal-clear waters of Racha Yai. You’ll explore the shallow reef under the close supervision of a certified PADI professional, perfect for first-time divers.

    After the dive, relax with a freshly prepared lunch and tropical fruits served on the boat while enjoying the view of the Andaman Sea.

    At 12:30 PM, we begin the second dive, giving you another chance to explore the reef and build your confidence underwater.

    We aim to return to the pier around 3:00–3:30 PM, and you’ll be dropped off back at your hotel with amazing memories of your first scuba adventure in Phuket!

🕘 Sample Day Trip Schedule – 3 Dives from Phuket

  • Your diving adventure begins with a 7:30 AM hotel pick-up (exact time varies by location), and you’ll head to Chalong Pier, where you’ll meet your dive instructor.

    At 8:30 AM, you’ll hop on board the boat and enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast while cruising out toward Racha Noi and Racha Yai Islands.

    By around 11:00 AM, you’ll be ready for your first dive at Racha Noi Island, known for its stunning underwater topography and deep, clear waters.

    After your dive, recharge with a buffet lunch on the boat, served from 12:00 to 1:00 PM, then prepare for your second dive, also at Racha Noi, at 1:00 PM.

    Fresh tropical fruits are served around 2:00 PM, giving you a chance to relax before the third dive at 3:00 PM, usually held at Racha Yai Island—a great way to wrap up the day with colorful coral and calm conditions.

    Snacks are served afterward, and the boat returns to Chalong Pier between 5:00 and 5:30 PM, with hotel drop-off to follow.
